You start the e-listing process by providing us with property, pricing and contact information. Complete the form on the following page to get started. Your request will be forwarded to a property specialist - a licensed Colorado real estate broker familiar with your industry and property type.

Your personal Frontier GMAC Realtor will make an introductory contact after reviewing the information you have provided. You will then receive a listing agreement using the delivery option of your choice:

e-contract: emailed to you in Adobe PDF format, with Acrobat "Self Sign" digital signatures and optional password protection. e-mail: sent to you in Adobe PDF format with optional password protection. e-fax: sign up at the Information Center (top of page) for your personal eFax number - it's free! Toll-free fax: faxed to you with toll-free fax return. Kinko's: we fax to your Kinko's and the return fax is free - find your closest Kinko's or place an order at the Information Center (top of page).

Our low, internet brokerage fee is printed on the agreement.

Sign and return the agreement using the option of your choice - you even have the option of local courier or FedEx overnight service - in addition to our e-services. As with any agreement, you should obtain legal advice. At your request, we provide your legal counsel a copy of all documents.

Once we have received the signed listing agreement, your personal Frontier GMAC Realtor will contact you to discuss the details of our complete marketing program with you. You can even have an IPIX 'virtual tour' made of your property, available for worldwide viewing on the internet (certain restrictions apply).

Your property will be entered into the Denver Commercial Property Database and will also be made available to internet sites like CommercialSearch.com and LoopNet.com unless you request otherwise. Certain properties listed for sale will also appear in the Metrolist Commercial MLS database.
